Veritas. A members-only treasure hunt league.
Your Veritas NFT acts as an admission ticket to our quarterly hunts - allowing you to compete for massive ETH and NFT prizes each month.
Each admission ticket is assigned to one of 50 factions. Your faction will have its own Discord channel for discussion, help with clues, and general camaraderie. Whether you choose to team up with members of your faction or hunt alone is up to you.
Our goal with Veritas is to create something we'd love to participate in. We wanted to build a project you'll be excited to hold long term.
Will you and a small group of trusted hunters buy up a faction to split a larger prize, or will you rely on your own hunting skills to claim the prize?

The Hunt
An ever changing treasure hunt.
While the structure will continually change, each Veritas hunt will require you to use logic, skill, and general knowledge to win the prize.
Initial hunts will have you scouring the internet, metaverse, film, and literature to best your competition and lead your faction to glory.
Major Hunts will always begin on the Veritas website, and will require you to connect your wallet holding a Veritas Admission Ticket to participate.
Smaller hunts will exist on the Veritas Discord and Twitter outlets.

Ben is a start-up founder, investor, developer, and the creator of the original 2018 hunt. Ben holds a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, and spent five years in the financial sector before founding his company, where he is now the CEO of a real-estate start-up. Ben's ability to structure and market a project will help make Veritas a treasure hunt experience that will not soon be forgotten.

Tanner is an entrepreneur, engineer, and puzzle master extraordinaire. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tanner is the current owner and CEO of a manufacturing business. As with the rest of the team members, Tanner was born in the early 90's and grew up in the golden video game age of N64 and Gamecube. In addition to leading his business, Tanner is a start-up investor and is an avid reader.

FAQs
Veritas is a collection of 5,000 ERC-721 NFTs on the Ethereum Blockchain. Your Veritas NFT acts as an admission ticket to our quarterly treasure hunt seasons. Each quarter, new Hunt Tokens must be minted in order to participate in the treasure hunts. The price of the quarterly Hunt Tokens will be drastically reduced for Admission Ticket holders. Minting a new Token simply updates your existing metadata so as not to devalue the collection floor.
There will be a total of 5,000 Admission Tickets in the collection.
The mint price will be announced closer to the mint date. We want to ensure it's affordable but also allows us to create exciting prize pools.

You can mint 1 Admission Ticket per wallet.
There will be 50 factions of 100 hunters each. No faction has any advantage over any other during the Veritas hunts.
Assuming sell out, approximately 240 ETH will be distributed amongst the winners each quarter. Every hunt is different and the reward structure will continually change. Prizes may include ETH, valuable NFTs, and more!
You will have to choose a faction to represent during each hunt. Once the hunt begins you will not be able to change your faction, and will only benefit if the faction you selected wins.
Yes! As a portion of the prize pool may be distributed to the winning faction in some hunts, if your faction wins and you own multiple tickets you will be rewarded in proportion to the number of tickets you hold.
